Manager Quality & Process - Contact Center

The position concerns the permanent improvement of culture and processes through improvements analysis, design and implementation using Lean 6 Sigma methodology. Will be working in an international environment and will be traveling (25%) within surrounding countries.

Higher educational level (or through experience and training) with preference on "technische bedrijfskunde". Strong professional back ground (Contactcenter or other relevant improvement experiences, LEAN projects). Black belt (or working on this level), COPC accreditation (preferable). Strong communicator in both English and Dutch (French would be a pre). Work under deadlines, statistical knowledge, team- and project motivator. Projectmanagement skills. Self starting.

Max € 70-85.000 (plus excellent benefits)
