For their project RCCL (Royal Caribbean Cruise Line) in Almere (near Amsterdam) Xerox is looking for a Team Leader / Supervisor for their Inbound Sales & Customer Service team. You will be responsible for the operational activities of a new multilingual inbound sales & service project. With your enthusiasm and passion you coach and motivate employees and ensure their contribution to the (sales) objectives of the project.
The team you lead as Team Leader / Supervisor Inbound Sales & Customer Service consists of multilingual agents. You are a (near) native speaker of one of the Nordic languages ( Norwegian, Swedish or Danish) and fluent in English. Your writing skills are also excellent. You need to be very communicative and possess sufficient numerical and analytical skills.
For this position Xerox is looking for a motivated team leader / supervisor, who has knowledge of the day-to-day business in a contact center / customer service department. If you have (next to your managerial experience in a similar role also) experience in the travel industry sector, that would be a great advantage!

The Team Leader / Supervisor Inbound Sales & Customer Service is a position for 40 hours a week with working hours from Monday to Friday 08:00 – 19:00, and once every four weeks a Saturday from 08:00 -16:30. Sunday closed. To prepare you for the job Xerox will offer you as Team Leader / Supervisor Inbound Sales & Customer Service an extensive training which will take place between 09:00 – 17:30 from Monday to Friday for 4 weeks. Due to training and coaching, fulltime availability during the first 6 weeks of employment is required. Please apply online (in English).
